My pet peeve about school

One thing I personally hate with a passion about school is the fact that their are loads of rules set into place to protect teachers from the actions of lack there of students. i mean don't get me wrong they should have rules set into place when it come to things like a student threatening or actually attacking them. C'mon if a student wanted to file a report on a teacher doing thing of that nature first they would have to go their principal and then present their case to a person who is skeptical about the validity of what is being said and more times than not they'll side with the teacher either way so now you have a principal who isn't willing to listen. Now you have to go to the local region/board of education office but they wont even give you the time of day because they'll contact your school where you'll be discredited until you actually get hurt and then wind up having to file a police report for them to actually listen to you; but guess what many teacher unions only suspend teachers who are pending an investigation with pay.But a student wont even be allowed to go to school or a suspension site until their found guilty or innocent which is almost always guilty because just as the principal they are skeptical and will do anything to prevent their members from embarrassing them and drawing negative attention to them and to me i find that to be extremely unfair.
