school lunch

I believe the school lunch should be a balanced diet and nourished food, but instead we are given some type of food, which sometimes contains a high amount of fat.most of the time when you want to buy homemade cookies, the chef would say she is too tired to bake some, which means she had been doing some extra stuffs.this isn't fair to us and to her,so i think more chefs should be employed.besides all this, school lunch should be a variety of food and not a''one'' kind of food.

They make homemade cookies in our cafeteria?! The teacher's don't get homemade cookies ever! It's an outrage! We do get cake though, which I have to say is pretty good. It depends on what day of the week you get it though. Anyway, sorry for the digression on digestion (ha!). You make some very mature points. A balanced diet would be a positive thing and more staff would make a greater variety of foods easier to produce. You should send a complaint email to Joel Klien the head of the NYC Department of education.
Go to schools.nyc.gov and explore. I'm sure there is someplace to email a suggestion.
As far as the writing goes, you are doing some very nice things. Watch out for Capitalization errors.

DATELINE: Massillon Ohio, School lunch 1969. Who cares what you're eating when you've got math class to look forward to 7th period? I do remember the chocolate milk and hamburgers. Veggies? What's that?
