We believe that gangs are getting more and more violent. For example, according to the news, the initiation to the Blood Gang started last week, with the killing of three girls, on in Brooklyn and two in New Jersey. Already there has been reportings of 31 slashes just on Halloween. According to the News, their goal is 300. In order to try to avoid this to happen to you, your family, or any of your friends, we urge you to follow these precautions:
1) stay home or arrive before a certain time
2) Dont be alone after dark
3) Dont wear red
4) if you feel or see something suspicious, avoid any type of contact and look for help ASAP.
In our opinion, people who are willing to risk losing everything in order to get into a gang is stupid. You should try to do everything in your power to stay safe in these harsh times.
